(Parsva Savasana)

What happens when you enter a new morning
from a small rift in the universe?

What sounds do you hear that you’ve never really
heard before?

What does the light touch? And where does it touch you?
How does the world respond? How do you respond?

Away from clocks and old habits, how do you identify
– your hunger?
– your need for rest?

How do you satisfy your restlessness in this place?
How do you motivate yourself to push through
when night slides over you like a blanket?

(Conditionality)

Pull up one IF/THEN that another person has written into your life?

I will love you if you meet these conditions… What did you lose?

Pull up one condition that you put on someone else.

I will love you if you meet these conditions… What did you lose?

Define love in the language of a seagull.

Define love in the language of a goat.

Define love in the language of a human.
Take away one of those conditions. What do you have now?

Define love in the language of the universe.

Imagine the perfect day on a beach with people you love.
Describe the surroundings, what people are doing, the weather, the sensations, the feelings. Describe your voice when you speak. Describe how you express your love.

Now a cold wind picks up. Blows sand into your face.
What changes? Describe your feelings. Describe your voice when you speak.
Describe your loving in this world.
